Project Overview

HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) is setting up a Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) and associated facilities in their existing refinery complex at Bathinda , in the state of Punjab. Engineers India Limited (EIL) has been retained as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the project. For this project oxygen is required for increase in production as well as limit sulphur discharge to atmosphere and for that a 146 tpd oxygen plant was required.
